Is something like that existing in Britain ? I only know the one between Cheat$ki/Rangers/Linfield.

In Austria Rapid Vienna Ultras have got a massive friendship with German Ultras Nurenberg (whose fans the other way round have got a lifelong friendship with Schalke 04) and Panathinaikos Athens.

Then there are various friendships like St.Pauli and Celtic, Hamburger SV and Rangers, Lazio Rome and Inter Milan/Real Madrid etc. etc.

I heard about kind of a friendship between Everton and Leeds during the 80ies which I cannot believe, is that really true ?

Millwall had it with Hibs some time ago, the Yids with Aberdeen but that was more of a hooligan friendship.

I personally don't give much about friendships amongst football fans, imagine your team has got to play a game against a team your supporters are befriended with and your team desperately needs points to avoid relegations. I think this kind of friendship won't last long.....

Everton and Leeds is a new one on me.

Cant think of any team we have affinity with. We played lots of friendlies against Shamrock Rovers in the 60s, but that was tied into the number of players we signed from there I think. Then there was the Home Farm connection based on the same grounds. I remember when The Face magazine back in the 1980s tried to lump Everton in with the 'Blues Brothers' of Chelsea/Rangers/Linfield....an article written by some clueless, eye-linered New Romantic no doubt.

Yep, Tottenham & Aberdeen. The ASC came down for a few beers before the CC final this season.

Tottenham & Ajax. To do with the 1974 battle between Spurs & Feyenoord (along the lines of my enemy's enemy is my friend) & the fact that we are The Yids & Ajax are the Super Juden (Super Jews).

Everone else hates us :D

I don't think really exists with Everton, i think Evertonians just have individulal preference. Myself, i like Celtic and would happily pay money to watch them, but i wouldn't think loads of us would go and watch Celtic - comes down to who you like

Over here in Holland, almost every club has a friendship with another team. Most are between Dutch and Belgian teams. My fave team in Holland, Fortuna Sittard have a very close friendship with the fans of Racing Genk. It's safe to say Racing and Fortuna have one hooligan firm, as they seem to operate as one. Also know that there's a small part of our hard core following who have connections with Portsmouth and Brann Bergen. There's also some sort of friendship with AZ.

Sometimes, it's difficult to really understand all the ties between the different clubs/firms. There are matches in Belgium, where firms from about 20-25 clubs are present. Those loyalties and alliances can shift from game to game.

There's also an element of the Ajax support, who have ties with Manchester United, I believe.

Germany:

1. FC Nurenberg & Schalke 04
Hamburger SV & Hannover 96 & Arminia Bielefeld
Werder Bremen & Rot Weiss Essen & Hertha BSC Berlin
Borussia Dortmund & Chemnitzer FC
Fortuna Düsseldorf & Hessen Kassel & Union Solingen
Eintracht Frankfurt & Waldhof Mannheim

Italy:

Lazio Rome & Inter Milan
As Roma & Palermo
Napoli & Genoa
Sampdoria & Parma & Hellas Verona
Hellas Verona & Fiorentina

Crazy...

Everton and Celtic is the only one I can think of, and that is probably more about an "imagined" friendship than a "real" one.

Roda Kerkrade & Alemannia Aachen (had a friendship with KV Mechelen)
Feyenoord & Royal Antwerp
Ajax & Spurs & Man Utd & Anderlecht
ADO Den Haag & FC Brugge & Juventus & Legia Warsaw
FC Twente & Schalke'04
PSV & Charleroi & Rangers
NAC Breda & Lokeren & FC St. Pauli & Celtic
