How far back in the Gwladys can you sit before it's restricted? In terms of row numbers?

I remember sitting quite far back and overtime I stood up I couldn't see? Can't remember what row I was in though.
The rear support struts start at JJ so anything further back may have a restricted view, but even with those views there can be a huge difference.

Unless you're quite near the front or in a perfectly central position you'll probably always have a small blockage in the LG, but most views are fine.

For example, I have a post diagonally to my left but it only blocks an extremely small section of the 18 yard box to the left of the goal.

Most games I don't even actually realise it's there. Upper Gwladys is much the same... most the good seats are taken up by current ST holders.

Also, I've never sat in the Upper Gwladys - are the restricted views bad there too? On the website it says so but I've never sat there so didn't know if it's as bad as lower?
I sat in row oo, it was ok, depending on your height, if your tall nn is far enough back, pp and qq are useless when you stand up
