If we get found guilty and we get a slap on the wrist but does a guilty result mean we will be sued by the clubs rear were relegated?

They would probably try. But unless the PL relegate us or deduct us points, not sure they have much of an argument. And at that point, their issue is with the PL for prolonging i so that it didn’t take place during that season.

I’m also sure I read that with it being behind closed doors, all we will potentially find out is the verdict and the punishment (if there is one). It’s not even clear whether the actual offence will be shared. So they wouldn’t know what they are actually suing us for.

The Premier league made the decision at that time saying our books were acceptable & have already stated they would be liable not us . I doubt any. Championship club could afford that process !
