its a known fact no clubs have prospered once they loose control of their ground, take a long hard look at all the muppets who put [Poor language removed] greed in front of their heritage....mark my words 12 months from the moment that stinkin cess pit is open we will be homeless....count me out for a season to ticket to that [Poor language removed] leahy...nonono

Seriously? Is this a serious post?

Can you give some examples, of course don't mention Arsenal "3 million a match profit" Football Club.

Doh! It was late and I was tired. Fixed now though!

I think its a wonderful idea going to kirby, we'll be [Poor language removed] bankrupt in 12 months..no club as ever been successful when they lost control of their stadia, and its beyond a [Poor language removed] insult to be going anywhere near a leahy product...whats next a [Poor language removed] tesco bags for a new strip? and the club name Changed to kirby tesco united...bah, am sorry everton are seriously going to see any new stadium built in kirby coming down a huge bang mark my words...this just severely pisses me off!!!

go look into the first division (championship), most notably Coventry City who are so in debt from the loss of their stadium they now rent their stadium...once they lost their stadium and their naming rights, they lost so much money because the real owners raped the club senseless, however this isnt the first time such ventures have failed with other clubs also in huge debt.

Since you can bet leahy will force prices up on ground rent to what we are currently paying...this will affect season ticket prices and matchday general sales tickets. The club wont have any choices..and once that starts happening we will fall further and further and leahy bangs up the price of the stadium year on year...in fact what i hear is all the catering is outsourced, which is an even bigger issue.

Do you not think Coventry going down the toilet is alot to do with them being [Poor language removed] and being relegated out of the Premiership?

Why not post something constructive instead of posting this [Poor language removed]?

Yeah, because this is good business. I can see it now, Leahy sitting in his office planning on how he is going to screw us over, while reading his plans to force the price of lettuce up to extract every last penny from us idiot consumers.

Grow up.

I'm just waiting for our glorious Council leader to confirm what Everton have said. It would be good to expose him for the fibber I always thought that he was.
