I've enjoyed my time here, but I've had enough.
This is my last post, so I'll try and make it interesting...
I originally registered on GOT in September 2008 ahead of the upcoming derby at Goodison. I came on with good intentions and remained that way ever since. I only ever argued with users here when provoked, which unfortunately happened a lot due to the hatred for LFC here, still, I tried to be as sound as I could, and the decent users here appreciated that.
Few decent people on here need highlighting, for they truly are a credit to the forum. Nebbiolo is a top bloke, not one bad word to say about ya mate. There are also...Cena, Gazdalf, blue ray, blueass, Dylan and I suppose grandoldteam was sound for not banning me, given that he was nagged to do so by some idiots on here. There are many more also, apologies if I have missed you out.
Without a doubt however, there was one user who stood out as an absolutely fantastic bloke and I cannot thank him enough for the support he has offered me in my time here. Sharpys Top Lip. STL, if you are reading this, your kind words were completely invaluable to me, and the private messages you would send me, offering your support and helping me through difficult times when blues here would have a go at me, were truly spectacular. So a special thanks to you, STL.
As is the case on every forum however, there are a minority who let the side down, and as this is my last post I would very much like to highlight these people too:
MikelsGoat: You are fast becoming the most monotonous cock on this forum ever since suitsblue left, but far less articulate than the Dutch user. Enjoy knowing that putting me on ignore didn't stop you from reading this
Davek: What can I say? I know the whole 'bitter blue' thing has been exaggerated and done to death, but you really are the most bitter football fan I have ever come across. I couldn't even post in a thread in the ale house about video games or clobber without being reminded about Heysel. You have some serious issues that you need to sort out. It is also my opinion that you are a secret gay and fancy Steven Gerrard. I've got nothing against that by the way, but you're getting on a bit now, it's time to come out of the closet.
Neville: The forum manc, where to start with this fella? You are (in short) a total, know nothing idiot. Whenever there was a debate about football, you were never able to answer me properly, instead coming back at me with some sort of dig about a minority of Liverpool fans, because that's all you could do. You are a total ignoramus, and there are so many criticisms of you that I don't have time to point out as I would be here all night, but I'll try and sum it up by informing you of the fact that a scouser is somebody from the city of Liverpool, not a Liverpool FC supporter, you total fool. By the way, next time you're at the pub watching a Utd game, and yourself and the rest of the jester hat wearing whoppers start singing about how much they hate scousers, take a moment to think of your hero Wayne Rooney, who is scouse himself. With regard to yesterday you manc [Poor language removed] head, I hope the defeat hurt you, just as much as your undeserved last minute winners hurt us. On a final note, this ridiculous and again ignorant perception you have of Utd and Everton fans being great allies, remember Everton Valley in 2005. I doubt a whopper like yourself will have heard of it, but I'm sure if you google search it, you will find some information about it, and other examples of Everton Utd rivalries.
