Chelsea's postponed game vs Spurs had been rearranged for May 8th.

After playing Fulham tomorrow they now have:

21/4 away to R's
25/4 away to Basel
28/4 home to Swansea
2/5 home to Basel
5/5 away to United
8/5 home to Spurs
11/5 away to villa
19/5 home to Everton

Plus a potential Euopa league final on 15/5

Tricky run-in that with the extra games

You think Arsenal will take 15 points from their last 6 matches? Having to play us, Utd, and Fulham away? Not to mention having to travel to Newcastle and Wigan both of which will be fighting hard to avoid relegation. 5 wins from those matches, don't think so.

usually I'd agree, but if this scenario actually occurred, the pressure on chelsea would be monumental. I think we'd have a really good chance of winning there if (IF) we can put ourselves in that position.

Chelski have also played 15 games more than Spurs this season. Must be at least 20 more than us. I know they've got a bigger squad but that's still a lot of football.

Could be really key how the season pans out. They looked really leggy for most of the FA cup semi final on Sunday. Would be great if they went to extra time in the Europa semi, qualified for the final and then had extra time in that as well.



Does anyone know offhand where the final of the Europa is being played?

Amsterdam I think. I did this on Friday and had us finishing 6th on 64 points. They didn't have all of the fixtures on there though, even if they've not yet been arranged you'd think they'd have them at the bottom so that everyone has played 38 games. It's unfinished.

Tonight is massive.

Ah so not a mega journey to somewhere far flung. Hopefully they'll reach the final then have extra time and penalties and then loose it coming back to play us 4 days later shattered and deflated

The Ebeps draw Arse 2-2, coast past Sunderland and Fulham 3-1 and 2-0 respectively, and come out as winners in a Merseyside epic ending 4-3. Then narrowly beat West Ham 2-1, setting up one hell of a final round because other teams have also done well. Beat Chelsea 1-0 on the final day of the season and come 3rd....
 
Just did this again, was being really honest (like losing the derby obviously) and we still finish 6th.

But, going through the fixtures you can see so many tough games where anything could happen.

Who knows hey?
