Has anyone got through on 1+ ballot
Yes, took a few attempts but managed to get through. It was at around midday.

From the e-mail:

'Those who are successful in the ballot for supporters who have purchased for 15 or more home Premier League fixtures will be given a dedicated window to purchase their ticket(s). Successful applicants will be contacted on Monday 28 April and their purchase window will commence from 10am on Wednesday 30 April.

Should any tickets remain after this time, the second ballot will be drawn and successful applicants will be contacted from Thursday 1 May with more information about how and when they can purchase their ticket(s). Should the ballot be drawn, qualifying supporters who were unsuccessful in the first ballot will also be included in the second ballot, giving them a second chance.'

Still failing for me. It's poor really like the whole ticketing process this season, just frustrating from.stary to finish. I mean we can't have that many members that cause the site to be overwhelmed for hours and hours. Ticketmaster somehow manage to sell out events with millions of people trying in 30 minutes.
Here we are 3 hours into entering for a simple ballot (but clearly BS ballot) for what I consider to be a relatively small niche of folk and still apparently the website is overwhelmed. Doesnt bode well for us ever being a top club again when we employ incompetents from top to bottom of the club.
It's just a difference in what the system is built to do. Ticketmaster is designed to deal with hundreds of thousands transactions because that's the whole point of it's existence. Everton have a ticket system which is built to deal with a steady stream of occasional transactions, it's not designed to deal with thousands of people logging on all at once because there's virtually never a requirement for it. That's not to say they shouldn't put something in place when doing something like today, but it's pointless comparing the process to something like ticketmaster because the systems aren't built to anything like the same specifications.

I am expecting Saints to take the full allocation. Got mine this morning. Started with season ticket holders that have attended 10+ aways this season

We have sold out every away game so far this season - amazing considering the sh*t served up every week.

Looking forward to my last visit to Goodison ... remember the last game at the Dell many years ago & still miss the old place
If you need a spare for the Leicester game let me know. I bought one for that (and West Ham) to bump me up your list. I'm a blue living in West Sussex and have been on Saints membership for a while. Ive been offered a home ticket today for Saints v Fulham btw. As it looks like my cunning plan has failed I shouldve saved myself £60.
BTW - I'll give you £35 for that ticket..... :bye:

Same here. They can send me an email to tell me I’m eligible, but I can’t just send one back to confirm my interest.

Have to mess about with a godawful ticket site to try and get into a ballot that isn’t even going to happen.

I successfully registered for the ballot but, as I'm working, missed the 10 minute email confirming it and was told to click the link and go to the back of the queue. Trouble is, there was no link and now when I try to get in it just directs me to the ticket page where I'm unsuccessful.
Does missing that 10 minute email mean Ive missed out for good?

No requirement apart from every home game this year where it's crashed every week. Probably will be the same for the new stadium next year.

Anyway it's worked now so I take it all back, ecerton are the best run club in the league.

I wasn't aware it had crashed every week, I was just commenting on this particular occasion. I'm also acutely aware of Everton's as a club in general so not sure what that pithy response has got to do with anything. The point still stands though, asking why Ticketmaster can do something that Everton's ticket platform can't is akin to asking why an F1 car can go faster than a milkfloat.

Sorry to be be bearer of bad news but that was never going to work as members aren't differentiated on based on attendance.

The Everton ticketing system is run by, and on Ticketmaster.

What email is that? I just got a confirmation, though mine is the 15+, was yours the 1+?

I don't ever buy tickets given season ticket, but I thought Ticketmasters engine now powered the clubs ticketing?

[Edit]

Found this;

Everton's ticketing platform is back operating as normal following a widespread global IT outage.

The outage had affected sales of all Everton products on the Ticketmaster platform.

Now the systems are back online, stadium tours and official memberships can be purchased as normal. However, tickets for the Saturday 10 August fixture with Roma will remain on sale to Official Members and Season Ticket Members until Monday 22 July. General sale for the friendly will now commence on Monday from 10am.

As well as impacting Everton's ticketing platform, today's worldwide IT issue saw airlines grounded, trains cancelled, banks go offline and TV and radio channels unable to broadcast. We apologise for any inconvenience the outage has caused and thank supporters for their patience.

And even Google;

Yep, but the site itself is clearly not designed to deal with millions of people logging on at the same time like the Ticketmaster site is, otherwise it wouldn't have the issues it apparently does. Either that or the issue isn't actually anything to do with Everton at all and is purely an issue with Ticketmaster, making the original point even less valid.

Just checked a screenshot I had at the time - your sale for Liverpool away earlier did fall down to members with a single booking history, so I can definitely see the reasoning of him purchasing 2 aways.
