what does everyone think of the demo ?

at first i didnt think that much of it (bit samey) but after giving it a couple of hours i really really liked it.

love the new..
1. quick freekicks
2. 360 movement , makes it much smoother
3. the players actualy tussle for the ball now.
4. you can change the freekick taker with 1 click
5. you can set 4 custom set pieces for each of the 8 areas of the pitch
6. a new multiplayer training arena (to practise and customise set pieces)
7. you can import your face onto your be a pro player and take it online.
8. a proper 'clubs' pro league
9. the graphics are smoother and better

just to name a few things...looks good

Identical to the last installment but with new kits and it plays a bit smoother.

Same pros and cons in gameplay, and the players dont really have that sense of individuality (apart from Messi being ridiculously strong on the demo too).

Same celebrations, same intro's, same stadia, almost the same commentary.

You really get the idea that they should just make a download patch for a tenner to add on to the last game.

Well see what the full game is like.

Everything is up to date apart from the recent free agents like Neill.

My opinion on Fifa 10 is that is a really lazy attempt by EA. Surely it didn't take 12 months just to make 360 dribbling?

Anyway its a poor attempt and its full of bugs.

It's got bily in it so buy it for that reason alone

virtual pro is good

live season 2.0 is a good idea which I'll probably get

360 degree dribbling and quick dribble are good

you can rename "ivy lane" goodison park which is good

refined manager mode is good

it loads faster

it's got bily in it


I would of bought it just for the squad updates so I'm pretty happy with it

Just a question , but me being a tad old now , prefer the managment games I.E FM etc.How old is the average FIFA 10 gametype player? To be honest I have tried that genre of game but cannot get to grips with it.Is it a young mans sport?

I'm 28 and play FIFA. Mainly cos all my mates play it online and we have a league against each other. Find football manager games a bit boring nowadays, you can still manage on FIFA and play.
