No. That is self inflicted so they get no sympathy from me

Again though, look at the immediate outrage even though it's clear the guy literally asked for it. It's not the fault of the police if a guy with a knife does something like, especially in a strange country where all police are armed. In the UK, the police would have analysed before acting, backing off, calling more people in and neutralising the situation in a non-lethal way.
Extremely sad, but highlights the issue and why eyewitness accounts can be subject to massive bias.
Why would you? The whites do not start from a position of disadvantage in the United States due to their race - we don't need any group to fight for 'White Equality'. Unless you're advocating a group that harms white quality of life to bring it more in line with minority groups.
They shot him 9 times. What happened to warning shots or tazers/pepper spray?
In the UK most police do not carry guns and therefore don't have many practical alternatives to backing off when faced with someone wielding a knife. You're not making a like-for-like comparison.Again though, look at the immediate outrage even though it's clear the guy literally asked for it. However let's not fall into the trap of thinking that the British Police never shoot anyone when they feel threatened. Jean Charles De Menzes and Mark Saunders both spring to mind.
You're criticising armed police for shooting someone threatening them with a knife, on the basis that unarmed police in the same situation would have done otherwise. That's about as far away from like-for-like as I can envisage.I am making a like for like comparison - they were street cops who shot this fella dead; in the UK, they would not be armed, so would have handled the situation differently.
Both Police units. Both ended with a dead civilian. According to your logic above, unarmed Police would have dealt with both situations better as per your earlier post.... although in both cases unarmed Police made way for backup, the backup was armed and the civilian was killed. The two cases you point too were handled by Terrorism units and a specialist marksmen unit respectively.

Utter nonsense. You're deliberately ignoring the fact that one carries a firearm as standard and the other does not.Actually, tasers would have been used as they wouldn't have put themselves in a situation of harm immediately by driving up to the guy - like in the case of Raoul Moat for example - but anyway, to make the point it was like for like...
US street cops = UK street cops.
See? Like for like. It doesn't matter what they equip, I'm comparing like for like as they do the same actual job.
