Capital idea.

Let's give another £20 million for two players to sit alongside Billy and The Yak on the bench.

Blimey, we could have a bench which cost more than Man. City's.

Our bench is arguably stronger than Man City's. Seriously!

For our recent win:

Given, Richards, Vieira, Boateng, A. Johnson, Wright-Phillips, Jo.

I'd only take Johnson from that in flash - the rest... maybe SWP, and Given at a push, but it's certainly not a mile ahead of us.

Good point we have a great squad but no desire or heart for the shirt

When out of form players get played anyway, what kind of motivator is that?

The out of form players are under less pressure, because they're getting picked anyway, and the players trying to break into the team are left frustrated because they're trying to replace unmovable objects.

The way this season is going I bet Arteta would have to dribble the ball into his own net, kick Howard in the testes, urinate on Baines' shoes and then finally defacate in the center circle, before Moyes would even consider dropping him.

I'd like to take Bentley from Spuds, maybe SWP, Adebayor all loans.

*then wake up and eat me cornies

Spot on, Tubey.

Everton's bench was indeed stronger that City's that night.

(I'd have Given over Howard any day, though)

This situation is dire, however.

I could look over it if we had a relegation type squad but we haven't.

We all know that.......that's what makes this slump so annoying.

Einstein said once that the definition of insanity is to keep repeating the same mistakes and expecting different results.

We sit in the stands every week seeing the same formula applied and increasingly the same disappointing outcome.

My two bits worth......I would not advocate getting rid of Mr. Moyes at this precise moment in time.

But he needs to change his tactics to keep me on his side.

Now, I don't buy into this theory about "lack of fresources".

How many millions worth of player was sat on the bench at West Ham the other night?

Running a football club is no different from running your house in many ways......if money is tight then make damn sure you spend it on the priority things.

No one can tell me that Blackpool or Bolton have spent anything like we have yet they are higher up the league than us, playing with a joie de vivre which is delighting their fans.

EFC's current squad is blooming good.

It needs to be utilised properly.

Starting now.

Reminds me of people trying to compare us to Man United and Arsenal. Man for man in the first XI, if you do a combined team, who would really get in from their lot? Just no.

Your posts are dead easy to read, nice one.

getting your strikers to fire is like making love to a beautiful woman.....

A few winks and then the odd pass to get them in the mood, then give them a really direct one that they can back onto, once they get a taste for it they'll latch onto anything and everything from any angle, with the emphasis definately on slamming it home as if they are trying to burst balls.

Added a bit.

I'm not feeling it.

Moyes has done an amazing job, with the budget and squad he was originally given. I know this seems like a given nowadays but its true and nobody can argue with it.

If Moyes was to leave/be sacked I can't see anyone with the quality of Moyes coming in, Martin O'Neill is out of the question as he demands a big budget and alot of control of which Kenwright can't offer.

I'm not a fan of Moyes as you might well know, but I'd hate it if he'd left.

Something needs to be done though, I wan't too see all of the shitty deadweights gone from the squad and some good classy players come in.

Bleach has be drank, but it could be worse.

Good night.

We are [Poor language removed].

Moyes doesnt know what to get out of his team and how to play the best team

Hes blindedly pointed at the strikers but the problems lie with the creativity that hes never addressed and hes scratching his head.

If he ever read a game and used his squad, wed be fine. But he wont.
