I've gone beef, but on another day it could easily have been lamb.

Beef clinches it because its better cold for sandwiches the day after.

roast dinner ? it's lamb, lamb lamb lamb all day long/elong

ever wondered why all the other meat options are available to buy ready cooked and sliced in the supermarket ?

you can buy, sliced cooked chicken/turkey/beef/chopped pork but you don't get pre-cooked lamb

that's because once they kill the little baby sheep with a knife and then burn it it with fire it's ready to go,
straight on my num-nums, next to my roasties, loads of mint sauce, fkn nom nom nom baby

beef is a very close second. I love lamb. You do too. Vote lamb.

I love any of the above, I just love roast dinner so I'll eat anything. I have one every Sunday without fail, or me mar gets a slap.

If I had to choose though I'd probably say one of beef or lamb.

Roast pork belly is one of the finest things around.

But roast sirloin/rib just about pips it.

I hate topside/silverside with a passion. They're braising cuts not roasting FFS.
