Lincolnshires are pretty boss.

The meffy Richmonds are always good with a good helping of brown. I quite like the skinny Tesco Finest Chippolateeees too.

But yeah, big [Poor language removed] of Bratwurst almost burnt and served in a little stale bagwet.

I could honestly eat sausage for every meal. But I'd be dead.

For shame. A proper old fashioned Texas smoked sausage is completely head and shoulders over any other encased meats. A good andouille is not far behind.
