I'm not really fasting but I haven't eaten today, will have something soon. I regularly go to teatime before I eat without any problems whatsoever (more often than not tbh).
I had one of these 5 point health checks, BMI, cholesterol, etc and they basically said that with a weeks training I could compete in the Commonwealth Games and am a fantastic specimen, so it doesn't seem to do me any harm at all. Similarly I can eat like a horse and put away vast amounts without putting an ounce on.

Anyone else go without grub at all ?
 

Sometimes like, but I'd struggle to last until tea time without grub.

I'm not hungry in the morning but force myself to eat something if I'm training that evening. Three square meals a day man, it's the way.

As I say, I could eat a full english at brecky, chippy dinner, tea and then supper, every day without gaining an ounce, yet I can also go 'bout.

Is it a metabolism thing ? I reckon hunger burns off fat more than the gym. It doesn't leave me tired or anything either, in fact sometimes i used to do a 12 hour shift before eating.
 
Sometimes i dont eat till after 8 at night. Unfortunately it dosn't do me any good, just getting fatter. i know i should eat breaky but dont usualy fancy eating anything till ive been up for a few hours.

Eat more smaller portions through out the day mate.. eating one meal late is horrible for your metabolism
 
to be fair, if that menopausal lesbian won gold in the archery then competing in the commonwealth games isn't exactly a marker of athleticism

How old are you mate? I was the same until i got to about 32 then suddenly a lard bomb exploded.

Was like this until I got to my mid 30's a couple of years ago. Need to watch the booze and actually do some excersize to maintain it these days.
 
I'm exactly the same. I can go all day without eating, no sweat, but I can quite easily eat twice as much as anyone else can.


Although, I could possibly do with bulking up a bit.
