I've sat on the fence wrt to Silva, and whilst his record of failure spoke for itself, our Master CIMA bore thought it was appropriate to hire him, the blame for the team, the management lies solely with Mosh. I think what DaveK is implicating by the term carpetbagger is that Moshiri is an opportunist who is using Everton to simply make more money for himself and as soon as he's done that he'll be off.
