Sergei is collecting the keys on Tuesday. I have rounded some stuff up today off friends n family. Bedding, curtains, crockery/cutlery, cups, kettle. Also had an extremely generous donation off a fellow GOT'ter to get him whatever he needs after all the bits n bobs are collected. Bed, cooker, fridge, whatever is still required.

So, fingers crossed, Sergei will be moved in and set up by some time next weekend.

Fair play to you and everyone else who has helped him . I'm not in a situation were I can help out, my own life is in a mess at the minute but the help and generosity shown to Sergei on here is boss .

But not just that lets not forget the sacrifice Sergei made to watch Everton . That game in Kiev hurt us all. But It ripped his family from him .

At least he knows us blues are a good breed.

Similarly can't help out massively in terms of stuff but a move to a new city is daunting - personal support time for a cuppa and a chat will be just as helpful as any donation of stuff L4. I think Sergei would like people to get to know him, befriend him and help start to give him some roots in our wonderful city. Well done everyone! He is so grateful for everything everyone is doing - excellent work tommye by the way!
