FA CUP 3rd ROUND DRAW

Always prefer the easier ties especially to rotate players after a busy period, but feel that we will get Man Utd, Citeh or Liverpool.

Personally don’t think we have enough depth to win a cup this season. The first eleven is brilliant but we lack adequate players to successfully rotate to mount a serious challenge. Even with just the league and one up scenario. Hopefully we see a further 2 recruits come in Jan to change that.

Dunno mate. Worse teams than us have got to the final in recent years and rotation is less of a concern when it comes to the final itself given that the league is usually settled by then.

...FA Cup is usually Saturday’s and we aren’t in any other cup competition. Top teams will be playing midweek and that’s an advantage for us. I think you need stickability and grit to win it, just as we did in ‘95. We also have a bit of quality but we need to believe.

With no Europe as long as we don't get a top 6 side away SF has to be minimum target. We have gone for to toe with 3 of the sides above us and we are not far away some of them teams will stay in Europe and have other priorities and we may be lucky that the draw pairs a couple together. I want a genuine attempt to win this as a cup win in 84 was where it all started.
