Lescott.

I think that whole transfer embargo really killed Moyes to be honest; the start of 2006 through to the Cup Final was his greatest period with us, a squad built on togetherness, grit and little bits of flair that constantly did what we expect of Everton...completely different to when Rooney left (after we'd finished a pathetic 17th with a very limited squad).

As soon as Joleon realised he could triple his paycheck I think it really got to Moyes about how much football has changed, and I don't think he's had that verve about the job ever since.

Oh and the 1-6 to the Gunners was one of the most depressing days of my life.

A lot of truth here.

Me i'm still gutted we let Lucas Neill walk away when we had no defensive cover. If we had held on to him until the restg of the season oue uefa cup run would have been very different

Rooney. Irreplaceable at any dollar amount. Arteta hadn't played well for us in ages. Lescott revealed himself to be a tit and we got silly money for him, so I wasn't arsed. Pienaar was annoying, but now that he's back for now and understands the mistake he made, it's less so.

Bily, because he gave up. He had so many opportunities. There was a string on games where he was the first substitute for 5-6 games.

James Beattie, terrible shame when he left. Seriously though I was devastated when Big Dunc left felt worse than when my mum and dad split up
