In fairness, that is a good read!

My mind does stumble over the way teams are singular entities in the US, though ('is Everton for Real?'). But even so, good stuff!

They don't even do that, only when talking about the city the team is from. They say, 'the Jets are, or the Cardinals are', but then 'Baltimore is' or 'Minnesota is'

They're weird.

Im more happy to see good press abroad than over here tbh, overseas is where any investment will ultimately come from, its far more important our image is higher their than over here, the daily mail etc can say what they want about small club etc not arsed, prefer a good press in the states and middle east/russia
