2 goals against a non-league defence really doesn't auger well for games against EPL defences. He played quite a few games with no return earlier under FSW - and by no return I dont just mean goals...

DCL looked worse against Spurs then Rondon ever did, he also had an international hatrick, point is at least he has a taste for goal, there is an argument to start him, there is no logical reason to start DCL

I can't lie starting Rondon wouldn't be a bad shout tbh. DCL is a write off this season. Needs a summer to recuperate properly + playing Vs his old team. Challenge Dan Burn in the air

Good point that, we need to think how we are going to use what we have aviailable to it best potential, well Lampard is, what he has tried so far hasnt worked, he needs a rethink

As the great Neville Southall said on Twitter the other day: we fans have really got to be up for this one. We’ve got to be behind our players from the first whistle until the last. They are mentally weak and don’t respond to the sort of abuse and booing that has characterised our support over the last decade.

This is probably the biggest game in our history. Realistically we aren’t likely to get a single point from the whole month of April. And make no mistake: relegation means doing a Bury. Best case scenario is a Derby type situation. Some have said “oh the stadium won’t happen if we go down” but that would be the very least of our worries.

I’m afraid Mykolenko and Coleman are not cracking players. I wish they were.

We need Keane or Branthwaite in for this - maybe both. A Holgate/Godfrey pairing will absolutely 100% concede a goal to Wood or Burn.

I’d play Holgate and Godfrey as full backs, we need to be solid at the back.
