Watford Newcastle Huddersfield and Westham 4 bottom half table clubswe've struggled against at home. We beat all 4 last season

Not good enough again apart from the pen foster didn't have todo a thing
The last two are more unacceptable than the first two. The team we put out against Huddersfield was very poor tbh and Holgate had a mare against West Ham which contributed to us losing that in a big way. Add in it was early on with a new manager and I'm willing to excuse those a bit more but we needed to show up tonight especially and did not do so.

Great goal but very disappointing overall.

Watford closed us down brilliantly which meant our players had to be quick of thought....majority are not. Now the most criminal act was allowing them so much space and essentially time on the ball. I wish Zouma played in this one because unfortunately Mina and Keane allowed the strikers to drop off to receive the ball. I think Zoumas strength is getting in front of a striker and not allowing him time or space to turn and cause problems. We have to be mentally quicker on the ball when under pressure and I am afraid we lack in that department. We are wanting that extra second or 2 on the ball. Still think we need another Gomes type player in the middle as we are still getting overrun and dominated. Lucky for our 1st goal and I do not blame Coleman for the og (he was unlucky) and some of the calls for Pickford being at fault for the 2nd are silly. Dignes goal was a beaut although when I seen him step up I said FFS.

Ref was garbage and was conned constantly by Success, Siggy has to come off the pens and Rico has to hold the ball up better if playing up top and also stay strong as he is goes down too easily. We played awful but still got a point but it is obvious we are well away from the big boys and just have to keep building.

team looked a bit jaded from the start. some players need a rest. gomes being one. I would just freshen up against city with a few youngsters. need our better players fully fit over xmas period.

We would have one more point. If we don't have the mental strength to bounce back and that's what is producing these displays then it was going to happen at some point anyway so I think that's a little overboard that it is season defining.

I'd argue that we may well have had 5 more points had he not given them the winner last week.
