A lot of people seem to think we’ve been playing a 4-5-1 or a 4-2-3-1. Not sure what they are watching but we’ve set up as a 4-4-2 for ages now.

I think he’ll change it today though to the 4-1-4-1 we played in the second half v Wolves. Delph sitting deep with Townsend and Allan ahead of him, right and left respectively. Might work.

My worry is he will go 3/5 at the back to match up Spurs and start Rondon, Davies, Holgate & Iwobi...

Bare minimum, regardless of result is that he gets a response from the players and they show some fight. If he is as good as people say, he should be able to motivate them, that is a managers job after all.
