To me, it's almost an Expected Defeat™ which really is as bad as it gets. Disregard us and Southampton are by far the worst side in the division.
I understand why some are concerned that a win papers over the cracks and we trundle on.
That may be true of the managerial situation, certainly.
But I think the opposite might be true of the boardroom / club heirachy stuff.
That sit-in protest will, I think, be well-attended and noisy.
If it is - after an important win - then I think that tells the board we're double-serious about reform.

I think more people thought/think Wolves will come good over Southampton...you may have taken my quote out of context to, I was referring to there being much harder games than this.Similar was said against bottom placed Wolves on boxing day
I know what you meant mate. I think only Southampton and Bournemouth are worse than us and Bournemouth just spanked us 7-1 over 2 games.

I remeber just before Doucoure joined us from Watford he had a string of games playing higher up the pitch and did really well. If its a choice between him and MacNeil then it depends on wether FL goes for the double pivot plus on higher up, ot goes for the flat 3 across the middle. Personally I think the flat 3 would better suit MacNeil but I also think its unlikely if FL persists with wingbacks in a back 5.

The issue we have is beating those teams
Whether it's morale, quality, team selection etc or not we just can't beat teams
If lampard wins a few games and stays post window, it's only a matter of time before things go bad again
