I'm looking forward to this one, like some sort of pervert.

I'm looking forward to it because I feel like it could be a decisive game.

We lose, Lampard goes. I think that's a certainty.

We win - decisively - with the Goodison crowd behind the team, and I think it could be a turning point.

A narrow win could also work, if the crowd carry the team over the line. Need that bond strengthened.

Maybe I'm wrong, and it won't change things one way or the other. But I'm invested in that being a possibility.

My worry is that Lampard has made it clear that this is a relegation battle. So anytime we're not in the zone, it will be seen as doing well. State of this club.
