That would be a cracker. I prefer Boca, so would love us to smash River Plate. It would be like beating Liverpool, only they're from Argentina.

I prefer Boca too. This would be good preparation for the World Club Championship final we'd have to face after winning the 2010/11 Champions League. (y)

I went to theirs and Boca's ground in the 90's and its like the rich and poor sides of Buenos aires

Haven't the foggiest. Edmonton just seems a real strange place to play a pre-season game. I could understand going to Vancouver or Toronto, but Edmonton; ??????

I just think the Edmonton Soccer Association want 2 famous teams to help celebrate their 100 years. Out of all the teams in the world, they choose us. Can't complain at that, at least someone there knows our history!!!!

Well, Edmonton is only 700 miles North of Salt Lake City. You'll be surprised at the amount of Evertonians over here.

It's good to hear what your doing over in Canada (y)
Will you be going to that game then?

Hopefully, trying to get work to pay for my ticket over there, as my head-office is in Edmonton. Flight prices here are just stupid.

Well, the TorontoToffees are doing our bit to get our name more widespread. Still can't believe we had 180+ crammed into a local pub for the final on Saturday. We only normally get 20 - 25 for a game!!!!
