Get Kone or Eto'o on 2nd half, need to ball to stick more up front.

Besics been like a man possessed, brilliant moping up and Ross has shown great maturity

Pretty sure its hard to do anything as a striker with no service. He had a good lay off on ross. Most of his passes were in one touch and reached target so he got that going for him today

How is Barkley being played out of position?

Mirallas and McGeady on both wings. Naismith in behind lukaku with Barkley running from deep CM.

Perfect.

He's been getting marked out and is being less effective too far forward. He should be able to drag players away to less croweded space where he'll be more effective and Naismith will get him space too.

He can focus on his running and through balls too

Barkley just needs to have a focused game. Tackling and in attack.

Tonight is the night he should show us really how good he is. Because we're going to rely on him tonight.

Hopefully we see a Barkley-Naisy tag team smack down

If Naisy gets one and we win three - nil. I'll go to bed a happy Toff tonight beaming.

Naisy and Barkley in the same side. Making Barkley play better. Who'd of thought it?

ME. :coffee:

Naismith has to start in our side. He does so much off the ball to bring other players into the game. For me he is our number 10. I like Ross in the deeper role after today with McCarthy.

Certainly in this type of game against the "lesser lights" we should not be playing with two defensive midfielders.

Niasmith has the best movement off the ball than any other Everton player. He drags opposition players all over the place. Ok his touch is not as good as most others but players can learn from his movement as we are quite a static team and that's why we cannot build up at speed.
