We've played what is practically a reserve team. Ever thought that Moyes couldn't really give two hoots about the FA Cup this year?

Who give a [Poor language removed] about F.A. cup this year, treat the UEFA cup as the F.A. cup this year, honestly we don't have the squad to play in 4 competition and do well in all of them this year, 3 would just do me fine, let's win the Carling Cup, go for UEFA Cups and do well in the league!

Nah, we played the reserve team because we're already well into two cup competitions (thus a reasonable chance of winning) and are 6th in the league. FA Cup doesn't mean diddly this season and competing on four fronts would hamper the three we're doing well in.

I know but we played the reserve team because we had to, not through choice. and there were alot of first team players.

We didn't play the reserve team. We rested two players, lets be realistic. It was an unfortunate game.

They scored in some made up injury time and then had 11 men behind the ball from them on. Just unlucky.

I agree there Ghost. When I was a kid the FA Cup was everything to me. The joy and glamour and prestige it carried with it has been lost by Sky and the dominance of those 4 tosser teams.

Well, said that is exactly what we saying, winning Carling Cup would get us into Europe, same with UEFA cup and of course finish higher in the league could even get us into CL, let's work on those now, we don't need F.A. cup this year!

Lets not pretend that we're not arsed, the bottom line is that our fringe players should have been able to beat Oldham at home. You'll be gutted when we have empty weekends.

We have to get 50£ Mill as part of any financing plan. And exactly where minus the ground sale do we get that kind of money? Everton where shocking today, but not as shocking as gravo, terrible...even our kids should easily be able to beat oldham....no matter what team we put out, we should easily be able to beat oldham.

everton fc short changed everry supporter of the club today.

they showed lack of respect for us , oldham and the fa cup competition.

that result was very bad to the point its the most laughable result of the day in english football.

also that was a typical james mcfadden display , the bloke wouoldnt look out of place playing for watford or sheff utd. any good he has done for this club can be fitted into a 60 second montage.

im gutted and i feel for the rest of you too.man are we going to get stick for that !
