The irony is, the intensity and pressure created by the points deduction and the febrile atmosphere doesn’t help the players. It is what it is but I’m willing to bet without that happening this week, the game would’ve be very different. Pressure rarely enhances performance in my experience.

I should add that it is also another performance where luck just doesn’t go our way. Been an Everton fan a long time and we always seem to be playing with a 2-headed coin… and calling tales.

We've been atrocious and deserve to be losing. Young is a liability and should have been hooked as soon as he was booked. That's on Dyche, for about the fifth time this season.
