Good question mate.

On our main Bluemoon forum the general feeling after the Newcastle game was that game cost us the title. However with Leicester getting a draw there is an air of optimisation, especially after beating Arsenal.

I am quietly confident that if we don't suffer any more slip ups and keep the pressure on, Liverpool will begin to crack and drop points starting tonight hopefully.
Although the reds haven’t been great in some games they’ve got results. Should have lost some in truth. Leicester game they looked edgy. I doubt you can lose another game. You have to the win title!

I do want us to win on Wednesday. If we managed a major miracle and won, then we can beat the miseries across the park too. It’s the best I can offer you.

Strange really that we have both Everton and United fans mostly wanting us to deny Liverpool the title. And quite a few other clubs fans don't want to see Liverpool win the league.

Liverpool need to take a long look at themselves when the world wants a team that's buying the league to win it over them.

You say most on here are hoping we lose, but apart from the ones who are only jesting, I doubt there are any really serious. Me and the rest of the full house will be hoping for a decent performance and even a good result. I don't give a toss for our obnoxious neighbours and their obnoxious manager. If I can shut out our defeats 24 hours afterwards, it is easy to ignore that lot over the park. For me they hardly exist except when unavoidably the fawning SKY. BT and BBC refer to them.

After reading all your doom and gloom on here I am unwavered in my caution. You have a good record against us, particularly at home. I'm not too optimistic, I certainly don't think you'll lay down and die. We should have spanked Newcastle and look what happened there.

I'm hoping you are saving all your energy and focus for Liverpool at Goodison, and don't turn up against us;)
Hope we spank both teams.
Sorry mate
Plenty of games left for your team to put pressure on that lot ,which i hope you do.
Good luck Thursday onwards.

If we do get tonked, which we will regardless, it’ll be funny to watch the reds fans claim we threw the game like they did last time they had a chance to win the title. Watching us play, we can give it everything we’ve got Wednesday and still lose by 3.

Regarding the dodgy games, against both palace and Leicester we conceded two world-class goals that are impossible to defend against and they helped upset our apple cart enough to lose. And against Newcastle Aguero scores on 25 seconds iirc and within about 10 minutes we have another goal disallowed for a split second decision by the referee of the kick being taken too soon. After that was just kinda switched off a cat explained really.

If the rs lose tonight how do feel your team will cope with added pressure v us ?
It's not a sprint remember.
