That is the downfall of greater men than you ,we have seen with our own eyes ,not that I am supposing I am greater but maybe seen it all before .
Even when we had our heydays in the past we had trouble beating them ,what we need is someone who doesn't fear them ,doesn't need to run to influence the game ,someone with the skill to unlock their defence with one pass ,someone to find the most in form player in the league and leave them flat-footed ,someone like Hamez .COYB

Not sure how many COMNEBOL games youze watch because of the time difference - there is much shithousery, in inverse proportion to the side's competitiveness within the federation.

I didn't know that actually but it's not a huge surprise. But I'll be watchinig from my apartment in Bogotá mate with my Colombian world cup jersey haha. But yeah in fairness most of the Colombian games I've seen over the years have either been world cup while laughing at Germans when they got knocked out or from bars filled with Colombians in Brisbane down under during the Copa América when they smashed the argies 2-0. Good times.

I'm concerned about James, Mina, and Richarlison not getting back in time to play, or to play well. Brazil's last game is the the evening of Tuesday the 13th in Peru. Same date for Colombia, in Chile. Them's some long-ass flights to be ready for a game on Saturday the 17th at Goodison..

I'm sure james will be there on time, they are used to go back and fwd for this games, and is very important for the colombians to keep the blues on the Top.. I don't want J to miss this one. Btw.... When we played against england on the WC, missing him I was destroyed, cause he's the brain of the national team, and for what I've seeing, he upgrades you to a hall different level, the level that can brush those red human beings finally.

I think they stopped when lockdown hit last season. They’ll probably try and ramp back up the end of this season to coincide with the CL knockout stages. Hopefully they’ll have dropped enough league points by then and be out the cups. Us winning next weekend would help.

I've no idea if they will be involved. Fabinho seems to have struggled to get into their squads & Firmino usually behind Jesus I think, but Jesus is out, so dont know where Richarlison sits in the pecking order now. Might be ahead of Firmino ????

Also - I note brazil have only called up 23 players, so Richarlison will be sharing a plane with the two of them presumably. Interesting chat that flight

It's not ideal, and there are certainly instances t othe contrary, but in general Liverpool will have more players on international duty than us. It's not idea, but won't be for them either.
