Was on the kop,as a nineteen year old,lets just say I had enjoyed a large number of pre match beverages,a full bladder at half time being a toilet trained Evertonian I made my way down to the bogs,chocker block!!so much so as I made my way back the second half had kicked off,got to the foot of the stairs and heard a massive roar,now my Evertonian default mechanism had kicked in,obviously we were one down,trudged to the top of the staircase,and what a wonderful sight greeted me,pandemonium in blue and white,ecstasy,the greatest goal I never saw,great days to be a blue

Jeez we chopped and changed keepers for a few seasons before Nev cemented his place. I remember players like McDonagh, Hodge and Arnold all getting a run in the early 80s.

Fairly sure I'm missing a few others from around then as well.
