Well played Hull, thats how to spoil a game. Kicking out, Elbows, Feigning injury (head injuries), Time wasting (kicking the ball away and encroaching), taking forever with dead kicks, yeah the lot. It was all there, came for a point and got one.
Distin ought to have push the lad further wide, and Howard should never be getting beaten at his near post.

Once again, we lack a plan B, a side turns up to harass us and we tend to sink more than we swim.

All the criticism Moyes got for no plan B, well, lets hear the same dissenting voices.

All told, we simply are not mean enough. Look at Chelsea, they are going to go and win the league, full of temper, full of nastiness, in the opponents faces, badgering the refs, and out for blood every minute. We were too nice under Moyes, we are too nice under Bobs.

Get fearsome and get fearsome fast.

Pansy arsed displays will take us backwards, and a Europa League run doesn't make up for the total lack of bolloxx in league fixtures.

got to make dominance pay, the 20 mins before half time is where the game was lost, Hull hung on like a goosed boxer on the ropes and come the 12th round we got the rope-a-dope. Supposed to be experienced football players.

Meh.

terrible choice of players to go off , terrible choice of players to come on , terrible choice of players to stay on.
distin barry and osman look like ex pros having a kick about in a charity match.
the style of football was again slow aimless and pointless.
the formation sucks and doesnt get the best out of our players.
roberto looks every inch this week a terrible manager , terrible result , terrible performance and not good enough for everton.

wimpy effortless dull boring crap

This passing it about is only good if it's quick and there is a lot of movement in front of the player on the ball. We do neither of these things

Team where awful. Crowd where worse. Once they started booing at 70 mins I knew the game was over.

Dreadful 2nd half performance but it was almost like the crowd where waiting to give it to the team.

Even in the first half when we where winning and dominating the crowd where on the players' backs.

I can't see us finishing higher than 8th. I just hope we have played ourselves into a bit of form before the Europa League knockout games start because that's all we're playing for now. The City game is almost meaningless at this stage.

Throughly depressed.

Essentially season over in early November. Not even joking. We'll finish mid-table and with this sort of mental fragility we'll fold once we play someone half decent in Europe.

Just a pointless campaign to enjoy until the season mercifully ends.

No plan B, change of position for Ross again. Martinez doesn't know what his best team is. As soon as a team presses us high up the pitch we don't have the defenders or central midfield to play out- panic strikes. Rubbish

Spineless performance, possession for the sake of it. Substitions were key and the manager made the wrong ones, again. Pressure is on martinez to get a result at the Etihad, regardless of the opposition, if his aim is to get us top 4 (which is unlikely after tonight) then maximum points Saturday. City will cut us to ribbons though.
