Spot on mate, funnily enough I was having the same conversation with a kopite the other day, who didn't quite grasp the concept.

It's why I'd take a Lookman over a Sterling every day of the week, regardless of price tags and hype. There's no point being Usain Bolt quick if you're either running five yards and the player has a head start, or even if you do get to it you're braindead and run into a dead end.

Or, Mirallas and Lookman are providing pace and width in attack, and helping to force mistakes in the Hajduk back four by applying a high press. Which is what is actually happening. Koeman's got his tactics and selection spot on here, everyone is looking pretty good and we are a hair's breadth from being three up.

We need Lookman and Martina to take turns dribbling at the fella with the yellow card, Memolla, to draw some more fouls and get him sent off. I'd be tempted to take Schneiderlin off around 55 or 60 mins to protect him from a second yellow, Davies can run box-to-box and Gana can drop back.
