The amount of long balls, particularly from Keane, that flew right over McNeil or Harrison's heads and into the stands was a disgrace. Is that was 80k a week gets you nowadays?

- Pickford is renowned as a shop stopper, but it was odd he failed to save more of the poor penalties he had covered.

I would never pick on Pickford so it’s more surprise especially the last Fulham penalty he didn’t save.. he seemed to dive straight over it.. a couple he seemed to have covered. I think he will replay a couple in his own mind

…it’s more about evaluating what happened.

i wondered if he was too hyped and would’ve been better having a tunnel vision approach. Just little things, like getting himself properly set rather than walk towards the taker, it just look too hurried. He’s the countries best keeper, that’s enough in itself to intimidate the opposition.

I don’t blame Onana for taking a rubbish penalty.. he has shown a real deficiency in striking a ball at goal in his time and allowing him to take a winning penalty when you have dead ball specialist Garner sitting on the side is just very very poor decision making.. should be looking at that in my opinion
In these situations it’s a question of who fancies it.
Saying that I always think back to David batty taking a penalty for England in 98 World Cup. The guy barely scored a goal his whole career and suddenly needed to stay calm in the most high pressured situation. So a little big of sense is needed

Yes, we need better player's. It's clear we look a little lost without doucs. Couldn't of imagined that team last night taking us to Wembley and winning it tbh
Looks almost certain that it’s rs cup to lose this year. Would have been nice to get through but maybe heart break at the end over 2 legs or at Wembley. The team and squad ain’t good enough right now.

I thought we played ok just lacked quality when it mattered, camped in their half most of the game. Keane again with an own goal but looking back at it Pickford doesn't cover himself in glory coming for that cross when iwobi is in front of him, if Keane hadn't got their first iwobis knocking it into an empty net

Dyche had the opportunity to intro kids in this cup as we are not strong enough to win it.
Dyche has the same opportunity next month to use some kids but he won’t, the first team will get tired because of this and the results will suffer!

Mark my words…….

Please ask him to take Calvert-Lewin out of his back pocket, we need him for weekend.
DCL is only good for one thing and that is the long ball knock downs but what is the point if there isnt another striker with him!? I dont think he covers enough ground, you know gets himself about the pitch, Beto on the other hand looks like he tries and puts himself about. I think it is time for Beto to get his chance and I have a feeling he would take it. As for Tosin, I am avoiding him!

Our players look tired and out of sorts last night. Quality of passing in the last third of the pitch was very poor. Fulham were for the taking in 90mins and we just didn't show up as we had done in the last month of performances.
