Goodison Park is still engulfed by Everton fans, who are chanting Frank Lampard's name, with flags flying and blue flares going off.
Lampard himself is getting congratulated by Everton chairman Bill Kenwright and a whole host of former Everton greats, including Pete Reid and Graham Sharp.
Meanwhile, fans are going crazy on the pitch, hugging each other and jumping up and down as if they cannot quite believe what they have just seen...
