He was when he played right back for me. Not enough quality on the ball going forward. It's just not his position.

He obviously had a good season but he still made some poor mistakes that cost us goals. He can improve a lot still.

Need to avoid conceding a stupid early goal. If you give them a lead then it's very hard to turn the game around.

Watched Burnley v Leeds the other week and noticed a couple of things about their tactics.

They always crowded players and were not back ward in handing out the fouls.

Never just one particular player they took turns.

In set peices, free kicks and corners they alawys put their two forwards on the goal line around the keeper to obstruct him.

Their play consists of hoof ball.

McNiel was utter rubbish.

Absolute cloggers.

We have to be care ful playing this bunch;.
