You’d think Carlo won’t be a one strike and you’re out guy, so I’m thinking this is a possibility. Go and prove to the fans you care!
I think a lot of them are knackered too. Not an excuse for Sunday's performance but that may effect his selection too. Just have to rebound now

My team
Pickford
Sidibe Mina Holgate Digne
Walcott Davies Delph Bernard
Calvert-Lewin Richarlison

I want to see Digne and Bernard back together as that brings the best out of both. Davies and Delph is our most balanced CM pairing available. Sidibe gets the nod at RB as he works slightly better with Walcott. Kean was the only otgeg consideration as a partner for DCL with Richarlison on the right.

Honestly don't know what he's going to do here

Drop a load of them or see if he can get a reaction, Thing is we've seen enough of some of these bottlers to know they will revert to type and play like cowards

I know most are feeling a bit grumpy at the moment but wondered if those going to the game on Saturday can keep an eye out for my lad, Tom. He's visiting family in England for the first time since he left for NZ as a kid, this will be his first time watching Everton. Growing up in NZ, with not many blues around, its not an easy thing to do (he didn't have a choice, he was told).

He will be in the Gwladys St Stand, GS2, row Q, seats 92 to 95, along with his grandad, uncle and cousin, all blues of course. If you are nearby please give him a nudge and make him feel welcome. He can boo very loudly so should fit in well.

He did the stadium tour today.

Looks like he's just signed a 5 year £100k a week contract as well.

Wonder if he'll send the same players out and say go on then prove them wrong. It's not like we've got many options anyway.
I'm thinking the same. Let's see who care's and how much. Keep Z Cars but scrap Grand Old Team and the player intro' over the loudspeaker. That will stop the booing of the poor performing individuals who, although they deserve it, know who they are and maybe stop the likely poor atmosphere becoming anti-productive. Carlo has all the ammo he needs for his pre-match gee-up.
It's not going to happen like that, I know, but I'd love to see it.

This is the first time Ancelotti has had a decent run of sessions with the players. Some may have had some good recovery who needed it. Some may have taken a look in the mirror who needed it. I have cried my tears for the derby, it's over with. We move on.

Goat's XI to start:

Pickford
Sidibe
Mina
Holgate
Digne
Walcott
Davies
Delph
Bernard
DCL
Richarlison
