All of them were superb. I went for Ross who was for me the catalyst of the performance . he did simple things well, wasn't wasteful, agressive, won a sliding tackle on about 20 minutes two other players followed suit and the ground responded to them.

Just as one defeat doesn't kill them, one (very good) win doesn't make them either. It has to continue in that vein every single game.

Voted McCarthy as I thought the difference in him was so great to what we had seen previously. Good to have that James back for a while if possible.
...I feel I shouldn't go for Gueye again but I have to for that performance. Every player on the park deserves a mention, hard to believe it's the same group. McCarthy ran out of steam but was everywhere in that first half, Valencia might be playing for his future but did fine, the two full backs and CBs all stood up to be counted.
