He's not that bad. He's not good enough, but you go too far. He's trying his best.

"Naismith is Turbogash Mark III" is sarcasm on your position. He will terrorise their back four and create space for the beast.

Lukaku.

That's not good news. I think he's far better as a striker plus his pace will be a threat plus Giroud doesn't exactly frighten.

That's a very strong Arsenal side although I wonder why Konchelski is out - that's a big plus.

I'd play Sanchez through the middle in a front 2, like he does for Chile. Wouldn't play him through the middle on his own though.

That said I don;t want to kinx us so I'm going to shut up now.

Arsenal defence isn't too spectacular.
Debuchy - Mertesacker - Chambers - Monreal

the good thing is, they've never played together before, unlike our back 4 who know exactly how to play together (stones looked lost at times last week)...monreal is a weak link, and hopefully mertezacker is lacking match fitness....

their midfield is quality though....

We should have went with Besic, Barry and McCarthy. I fear we're going to have difficulty getting the ball of them.

We going to have to get in and give them a kicking before they get any sort of rhythm.

Really? I think we should win.

That attack and creative midfield against our shaky early season defence is worrying. If we start on the front foot, we have a good chance, but they have pace and creativity everywhere on paper and we have looked turd in pre-season and carried that into the Leicester game.
