I saw someone (I think the Athletic's City reporter) that Man City were looking at bringing him back. Not sure at what fee but they did sign him for like £15m odd last summer

That's a trio I'd like to see. Mind you, that's also the first time I've seen Luiz so maybe not the most informed opinion.
