Hart would be a great buy and I think if you are judging him over the last couple of seasons, yes he hasn't been at his best but he hasn't had a regular defence since City last won the league.
On the international front, same reason but not arsed if he has bloopers as long as he doesn't do that for Everton.

All makes sense now, Hart knew he was coming to us so spends loads of time convincing stones to move to city as he wants to have a defender in front of him who can actually head a ball at Everton, sneaky bloke he is.
Seriously though, we need a keeper, but decent chance we won't get one this summer as we need lots of other things too, be happy if it was Hart, or butland, or whoever offers a significant upgrade over the current choices, nea about the cost as we can't seem to spend it on the players we originally wanted anyway,
