Very surprised we don't seem to be targeting players with potential to improve. 5 potential signings, and and all at peak or beyond.

Hope the Mosh doesn't lose interest in a year or two.

I haven't got a problem with a complete overhaul .things have been a bit stale for a while. Even if that means Lukaku goes . Let's be honest he doesn't want to be here . My issue with that would be if bony is his direct replacement I'd want another young striker to come in as well .

Get rid of McCarthy and even jagielka . Bin off the turd burglars that are niasse, clever crab and mcgeady as well .

22 days left, we will do 5 in without breaking sweat.
Exactly this.

Moshiri pledged £100m + Player Sales, right? So that's £140.4m to spend (£100m + Stones fee after Barnsley's 15%) minus Stekkers (£1m) + Gueye (£7.1m) = £132.3m left to spend WITHOUT further departures so...

Williams (£13m)
Kone (£18m)
Bolasie (£25m)

Leaves us with £76.3m...

We will still offload a couple (Pessimistically say we recoup £20m)...

We have £96.3m left to spend (pretty much the original investment we were all wetting ourselves about) AFTER bringing in 5 players...

Calm the F down!

We will be seeing some big signings too, the incomings atm are Walsh/Koeman squad players, plenty in the coffers for Mata/Witsel/Whoever You Want!

Must admit I'm a little bit confused that we're potentially paying more for Bolasie than we paid for Lukaku.

In the near'ish future tho' we will sell Rom for 3 times what we paid for him.
That equates to us signing Bolasie for equivalent sum of £10mill.
That's how I'm rationalsing it and I really need to think of it that way!
Finance in the prem is absolutely potty.

It's all a but to late I'm afraid first impressions and all that.
This transfer window reminds me of an episode of changing rooms where one of the family's absolutley hated the makeover on the room.

I demand Isco and nothing less will suffice.

Cannot overstate how gutted I am with the signings. Absolutely brainless dealings spunking away vast sums of money on short termism.

We've gone from one of the best run teams under Moyes to a typical midtable PL team spending vast sums on players with a few months of good form behind them.

That will suit Koeman though as history proves he doesn't stay around for very long at any club. Being lumbered with either passed it, or soon to be passed it players on hefty contracts won't be his problem it will be that of his successor.

I mentioned it earlier as someone said to me Everton are turning into Newcastle.
I was horrified.
