So apparently Lukaku has agreed terms with Arsenal and they're about to table a concrete offer. Except last week we heard they were planning an offer of 31M... What makes them think that would even be considered when other big European teams have been turned away by the 65M tag on his ear? They delusional or are we expecting a 'plus 6 players' kinda thing? Haha

Where have you heard this one??

No way they'd be daft enough to bid £31m and if we sold for anything less than say £50m it would set off all manner of red flags
