James Beattie is set to make a shock return to Goodison Park as Everton are after the ex-england international.

It is thought that Beattie will join Everton after the Birmingham game on Saturday with a transfer thats believed to be around the £1.5 million mark.

Beattie left Everton in 2008 to join Sheffield United before moving to Stoke City.
