To help out Moyes and the boys I have started a very simple todo list for the players and club to use over the next few months. Just 5 things on it each, should be very easy to tick them all off lads.

I'd say the club securing a single objective of the above by the season's close is a lofty hope.

Amputate nevilles leg, have it melted down for glue, and used to repair some of the wooden seats, so that he may still serve some purpose

The players could complete a few of their objectives that's for sure but the club will probably not complete any of theirs!!
Everything on the "club to do list" should be looked into immediately though, especially the securing transfer money, scouting players and the manager contract.
The one thing that annoys me above all others is our poor transfer dealings. We need to identify who we want, approach their clubs and the player and do it EARLY!!!! I don't see why that is so hard. Surely the club have an idea of who they want, then obviously it's a case of can he be afforded (no excuses this summer with the extra TV cash and maybe Fellaini fee) then go and bloody sort it out. Don't wait til the last day, contact the player and club on the first day after the season has finished if possible!
Now I realise we may not get the money I'm talking about as early as I would like but as soon as we know what funds we have, we should use them.

For my long term happiness sort out the right hand side. For my short term happiness sort out the left... Obviously being greedy sort out both.

I'd hope as well the scouts are already out and about with some targets.
