Didn't bother applying for the Forest ballot. Will just pick my tickets from the resale and choose where I want to sit.

Question: sorry if already covered, but if a friend who has an over 65 season ticket can't make a game, can he sell it on the resale site? Does it have to be bought by any over 65 member? Also if transferring to a friend in his network, could he only transfer to someone whose over 65?

No it will be sold irrespective of age . He should get about £35 back if he's STH. The club will sell it on for whatever they can get.
