but my overall point was, the French league isn’t necessarily the best league, but there’s an abundance of talent in there, and smart teams have scouts all over it.

Raphinha, Fofana more recently, but it’s where yoi do your scouting, it’s an untapped market for me.

Everton are weighing up a summer move for Fulham midfielder Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, according to the Mirror.


The report claims Carlo Ancelotti is a “big fan” of the 25-year-old with the belief that he could add some “dynamism and steel” to the Blues midfield, an area the Italian tactician is keen to improve.

Him and Doucoure in midfield would be a lovely sight

A lot of the Euro-centric pundits seem to think that France is the closest league to England in terms of physicality.

Clearly this would be a disastrous move. There's just no way you could build that name into a chant :-

I think that’s a fair price. What price do you think Everton wouid want for Tom Davies?

I remember seeing a comparison between Angussia & bissouma. Around Christmas time, I’d have thought bissouma wouid be out performing him, but if was the other way round.

Strange why he seems to have been left out a lot over the last few months, maybe a fall out with Parker or maybe carrying a knock.

I wouldn’t mind if ancelotti next season, had 3 hard workers in the midfield to bully the opposition run all day and stop them playing and protect to the 2 centre backs.

Allan, Doucoure. And another, with Gbamin and Davies should be enough. And just attack teams through the full backs and a front 3. We would need 2 new attackers as well.
