Have a feeling it might be Joao Pedro from Watford although not sure if he’s a winger/striker or wide forward

I’d be very happy with this. Extremely talented young player and works hard too. Clearly needs to up his scoring rate but he’s going to turn into a top player - hopefully with us.

Don't understand this. It states that there is a 'buy back' clause, yet it's a '5 year deal' ??
James Garner to Everton, deal DONE, medicals completed as personal terms fully agreed, 5-year deal, £15m fee with a buy back clause for
@ManUtd
@FabrizioRomano
Can anybody explain how that works?(In laymans language please)

Garner joins Everton, the contract is for five years as per any other transfer.

There will be an agreement in place between Everton and United where either:
1. There is a fee set in place whereby we must accept it
2. If Everton agree a fee with another other side, if United match it then it must also be accepted.

Simple as that matey.

Looks like we'll get through the deadline without any loans from Chelsea.

Still need a forward. Sounds greedy, petty even as I by and large think they've done surprisingly good work.

Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Onana-Garner -Gana-Guaye...
Its worth repeating....
Got the same sort of phoenetic rhythm as
Karma-Karma-Karma-Chameleon
I'll leave it to the songwriters...

Not always a fan of the buy back deals, hope it’s first refusal if we want to sell sort of thing rather than United give us 20 mill at any point and we have to sell him deal.
That's the definition of a buy back...they decide if and when to get him back for a set fee which will at most be double fee we paid...so not great because as soon as he shows that he is quality in the premier league, United will take him back...

He has signed a 5 year contract. There is a clause that if United bid a certain amount it is accepted like a release clause but for just one club.
