Tarkowski might help tighten up the defence, but the midfield is weak as and apart from DCL there are absolutely no goals in that squad now Richarlison has departed.

Gordon has still to prove he has any end product, Gray is completely hit and miss and only Iwobi and Doucoure out of the midfielders are possibly going to get you any more than 3-4 a season.

Goals win games, we are completely bereft of goal scorers in that squad.

I agree with all of this and the manager knows what he needs, whether or not the board can deliver is the big question………we’re doomed.

Agreed.

Defence has improved slightly, but midfield and attack are both weaker.

Broja would only come if he was a first 11 player. Personally I'd take £60 million for DCL (if that rumour is true) and buy Broja and Dennis for £40 million.
