Everton Sack Sam Allardyce

I see today he has criticised the club ove the way his dismissal was handled, saying that the press knew two days before he was told - No Sam, the press realised that you were a dead man walking days before your actual dismissal.

He also said that it was only a tiny number of fans who had turned against him, that the silent majority were positive about his reign. No Sam, you're deluded. How many times at half-time and full-time do you have to hear the boos to realise they are directed ultimately at you for another garbage display over which you had control...

Unfortunately, he has not gone with any dignity whatsoever...

I heard that earlier as well. No surprise in an exclusive with Jim White, followed by endless idiots clambering on the Sam Aid bandwagon.

The fool was given a chance, pretty early on in his tenure, to prove his critics wrong. He either bottled it, or was not capable of it.

Either way, the stain on our history will linger no more.

What he is actually doing is keeping the " Big Sam " bandwagon going.

" it wasn`t my fault / I`m really a great manager / it wasn`t me / it was them / it`s not my fault / it`s theirs etc etc.

He`s come out today, saying that he isn`t going to retire this time, so it`s in his own interest to keep his " woe is me narrative " going.

Whatever else he may be, you can be assured that he is certainly not a fool.

He blew his chance when he got us safe, perfect opportunity to let go of pragmatism instead he made it a very easy decision at the biggest club he will get to manage, but several million quid better off for it..
