How about The Packers - The People's club - massive loyal fan base with or without success. Sometime winners (yeah I know all about the great 60s - see Everton btw) and of course recent years but, 1967-1995 nada, zip.. sound familiar?

An ageing fanbase seems like a pretty silly conclusion to draw once you highlight the fact that our fanbase is one half of a city and loyal.

Guess what, that half of a city has kids... and there's loads of them at Goodison!
